TUCKER

The Tucker 'Holiday' collection has just arrived in the Primrose Hill store! This is the second collection to grace the ANNA stores and if the first collection is anything to go by, you have to get here quick before it is all snapped up ~ Blouses, tunics and dresses in  beautiful prints, perfectly on trend for this Summers 1970's look. 

Tucker was set up in 2005 by Amercian stylist turned designer, Gaby Basora. She began designing silk peasant blouses in an attempt to fill this void in her own wardrobe. These peasant blouses in whimsical prints have since gained international acclaim and as result the brand is growing into a collection of dresses, blouses, cami’s, jumpsuits and skirts in an array of prints. Currently receiving a lot of press and loved by the celebrities~ this label is a must have.

Lots of champagne was drunk and lots of sweets were eaten yesterday as we opened our new store in Holt, Norfolk!  Anna's good friend Amanda Holden was the first customer of the day, buying pieces from her favourites- Odd Molly, Day and Velvet. DVF coming to ANNA

Earlier this week we nipped over to Paris to buy Diane Von Furstenburg for Spring Summer 11, which we already just can't wait to be delivered in store. This is the first collection designed with new creative director Yvan Mispelaere, who has worked for Gucci and Chloe in the past. 


Luxurious ease sums up the Spring Summer 11 collection by DVF.  Balloon sleeve tops, classic wraps, liquid silk draped dresses and effortlessly tailored trousers all in beautiful striking prints and bold colours.  Blouses are voluminous yet gracefully skim the body for a wearable finish and look fantastic teamed with slim tailored trousers or tucked into a high waisted skirt. Great selection of dresses which are all unbelievably flattering- one shoulder, wrap, draped, shifts, in bold graphic prints and bright solids. It is all about mixing fabrics, colours and patterns for a fresh,energetic yet glamourous look.
