Coming Soon ~ ACNE

In November the PRE Spring Sumer 2012 collection will be arriving from ACNE, a new label to us at ANNA and we simply can not wait for it to get here! The collection oozes casual-cool with easy clean lines and contemporary tailoring, a fantastic colour palette and mix of textures (Which can be seen in the photos of their runway show below) and not to mention the IT boots of the season ~ the pistol boots.

We were lucky enough to be invited to the ACNE Runway show at London Fashion Week which was packed full of Acne's trademark silhouettes that exude the effortless and easy luxe style the brand is famous for. Although it was hard not be distracted by the beautiful male models dressed in double denim, handing out vodka martinis, the floor to ceiling mirrored runway kept your eye on the Acne creations which could be seen at every angle possible.  A vibrant colour palette, apparently inspired by a trip to Morocco, with shots of orange, pink, mustard, teal, set off with bright white, black and tan played a big part in the juxtaposition and play on tough textures. Maximal meets minimal sums up Acne's SS12 Runway collection.
